The Park at Autumn Woods is a 200-unit development in Jackson, Mississippi. HW Development conducted a rehabilitation of the project, which was funded by 4% low-income housing tax credits allocated by the Mississippi Home Corporation (MHC) along with tax-exempt bonds issued by the MHC. Stearns Bank provided the construction loan, CREA is the tax credit syndicator and JLL provided the permanent loan.
