Joshua Latter, Principal
Josh is Principal and co-founder of HW Development. He focuses on development opportunities in the Southeast. Josh is experienced in all facets of affordable housing development and operations. He previously served with several prominent affordable housing developers where he led acquisition and development of large affordable projects. Josh is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles, where he majored in Economics.  


Matthew Segerdal, Principal
Matthew is Principal and co-founder of HW Development. He focuses on development opportunities in Midwest and Southwest. With wide ranging experience in affordable housing development, Matthew is experienced in all aspects of the development process. He has led numerous new construction and rehabilitation affordable developments from acquisition to lease-up. Matthew is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he majored in Political Science.
